Bought this dress in 2018…needless to say, I couldn’t fit into it in 2019. I tried it on for the first time yesterday to attend a wedding I was so AMAZED and confident. Talisha, your encouragement, support, and your program is EVERYTHING to me!

I must say that with prayer and my God sent angel Talisha Cheeks of First Choice Anderson Health & Wellness Consulting, I have lost 33.4 lbs!!🎉🎉🎉. From December ’21 until current.I have never liked taking full body pictures because I HAD a complex about my body! Not anymore!! My head is not swollen, but my confidence is!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you Talisha! I also want to thank my cousin Michelle Stokley for the connection!!!
