A natural result starts with the consultation.

Dysport is an injectable neuromodulator commonly used to soften the appearance of certain expression lines. At First Choice Anderson, treatment begins with an assessment of your facial movement, concerns, goals, medical history, and previous cosmetic treatments.

The goal is not to make every face look the same. Treatment should be planned around your individual anatomy and the result you are trying to achieve.

Before treatment

Tell your provider about your medications, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and previous reactions to injectable treatments. Your provider will also review whether there are reasons treatment should be postponed or avoided.

You may be advised to avoid certain products or activities before treatment depending on your individual situation. Follow the instructions provided by your treating clinician rather than making medication changes on your own.

During the appointment

The treatment itself usually involves a series of small injections into selected muscles. The exact number and location of injections vary based on the treatment area and your anatomy. Most appointments are relatively quick, although consultation and planning are an important part of the visit.

After treatment

Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, or bruising can occur at injection sites. Follow the aftercare instructions given by your provider, including guidance about exercise, rubbing the treated area, skincare, and other activities.

Results are not immediate. Changes typically develop gradually after treatment, and individual response varies. Your provider may recommend a follow-up depending on your treatment plan.

Our approach to aesthetics

At First Choice Anderson, aesthetic care should still feel like healthcare: informed, individualized, and focused on safety. Ask questions, understand the plan, and choose treatment because it fits your goals – not because of pressure or trends.
